Shipping Information
Orders placed on business days before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day. For most countries in Northern Europe, delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days. For other EU countries, the average delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer. For more details, check our FAQ page.
Track and Trace
All shipments include Track and Trace, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey to your door. Be sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your address includes:
- A clearly marked house or business number
- A working doorbell and/or mailbox
- The correct name displayed
For business addresses, the company name must be clearly visible. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer. In the event of multiple failed attempts (a maximum of 2), the package may be returned, with associated costs.
If you’re unsure whether your address meets these requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. Alternatively, you may choose a different delivery address where your order can be received without issue.
Service Point Deliveries
If you select a Service Point as your delivery location, please collect your package within 5 business days to avoid additional fees.
