Received a Defective Item? We’ll Make It Right!

Occasionally, a product may be defective. While we can’t prevent this entirely, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue. Thankfully, less than 1% of our items have defects, so it’s rare that a refund is needed. If you do happen to receive a defective item, we’re here to help!

Please send us an email at info@pranktastic.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • When you purchased the product
  • How you used it
  • Photos of the defect (if possible)

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
