Refunds

It sometimes happens. You received a defect. Unfortunately we can't prevent them, but we will solve it. Luckily less than 1% of our items are defective, so it rarely happens that we have to provide a refund.If you are one of the unlucky ones please let us know and we will try to make you happy again.
