Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship across Europe. If you’re located outside of Europe and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss potential options.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of your order. To see the exact cost, add your desired products to the shopping cart, and shipping will be calculated automatically when you provide your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods to make the checkout process easy and safe.

Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location. Once you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date. Generally, orders within the Netherlands arrive within 2-3 business days, while international orders in Europe can take 4 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery time may take longer during peak season (e.g. X-Mas, Valentines)

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link to
monitor its progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information
to update after dispatch.

Can Pranktastic.com add a personal message to the card?

Yes, absolutely! Just check the “Personal Message” box in the right-hand panel on the product page of your chosen prank card. For an extra laugh, you can even pair it with a Glitter Envelope for the ultimate prank experience.

I received my order, but the items are damaged. What should I do?

If you received a damaged item, we’re sorry for the inconvenience! Although less than 1% of our products are affected by defects, accidents can happen. Please email us at info@pranktastic.com with your order details, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible to make sure you’re happy.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! You can add a Glitter Envelope or select one of our special packaging options during checkout. Perfect for adding an extra layer of fun to your prank!

Can I send multiple cards with personal messages to different addresses?

Certainly! You’ll just need to place each order separately since shipping is calculated based on each destination.

We’re based in the Netherlands and ship all over Europe. Since we’re an online-only business, we can’t offer you a coffee if you’re in the neighborhood, but we’re always here to bring the pranks straight to your door!
